Summary:The invention discloses high-performance steel-based coating material, mainly comprising the following main components: 2-6% of molybdenum powder, 6-16% of aluminum powder, 3-6% of nickel powder, 10-20% of ferromanganese, 10-20% of ferroboron, 2-4% of vanadium powder, 0.5-1.5% of carbon powder and the balance of iron powder. The coating material is grinded and mixed through a grinding machine so as to prepare the coating powder material with granularity of 400-800 meshes. The high-performance steel-based coating material disclosed by the invention is characterized by reasonable component preparation, suitable cost, simple and convenient preparation technology and high bonding strength of the coating material and a steel-based body; enough high-melting-point carbide can be formed on the surface of the steel-based body; thus, the coating has preferable heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant performances and high temperature intensity, so that steel-based components are widely applied.
