Summary: | When shifting gears in a state wherein a direct clutch is engaged, the disclosed device prevents the generation of torque shock and the deterioration of regenerative power generating efficiency by appropriately controlling the engaging pressure of the direct clutch. The disclosed control device controls a drive device for a hybrid vehicle and is provided with: an input member which is drive-connected to an internal combustion engine and a rotating electric machine; an output member which is drive-connected to wheels; a fluid coupling having a direct clutch for transmitting the rotations of the input member to a transmission input member; and a transmission mechanism for shifting the rotations of the transmission input member and transmitting the resulting rotations to the output member. From a state which is equal to or greater than a direct limit engaging pressure at which the engaging pressure of the direct clutch does not cause slipping, when gear shift is carried out, if downshift is carried out when an i |
