The invention discloses a device and a method for discharging wax in preparation process of aluminum oxide ceramic tubes. The device comprises a support frame, a furnace body, a heating device, a metal disc and a controller. The furnace body is supported by the support frame, a support for placing the metal disc is arranged in the furnace body, a plurality of holes for placing green bodies are arranged on the metal disc, the size of each hole is identical to the length of the tail tube portion of each green body inserted into each hole, the cavity portion of each green body is placed on each hole stably, and a distance between every two holes is a 10-20mm distance between every two placed green bodies. An air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the heating device and is communicated with the furnace body, the controller and an air exhaust device are further arranged above the furnace body in sequence, and a wax receiving disc is arranged under the furnace body and fixed on the support frame. The device and the
