The invention provides an asymmetric and integrated lifting construction method for a large scale grid structure. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining lifting point disposing positions according to mutual direction relationship between the asymmetrically supported large scale grid structure and a supporting structure; secondly, installing the large scale grid structure to form an integrated lifting body; thirdly, adjusting the center of gravity of the large scale grid structure in such a way that structural components of the large scale grid structure at the middle and upper levels of an area which is not enveloped by the lifting points are fixed in an area enveloped by the above lifting points as a counterweight in the form of bulk parts or small assembled units; and fourthly, lifting the large scale grid structure in position, then connecting and fixing, and mounting the bulk parts or small assembled units to preset positions.
