Summary: | A manufacturing method of high-strength non-magnetic abrasion-resistant steel is mainly used for manufacturing Mn13 of which the end product is 3mm-6mm in thickness. The technological process comprises the following steps: preparing a blank, heating in a heating furnace, descaling through high-pressure water, rolling through a two-roller rolling mill for the first time, finish-rolling through a four-roller milling mill, rolling through a four-roller steckel mill, performing laminar cooling, curling, flattening, examining, packaging and supplying. The method provided by the invention solves the problem that a single sheet of the product 3mm-6mm in thickness can not be subject to solution heat treatment, achieves rolling production of thin high-strength non-magnetic abrasion-resistant steel(Mn13) and simultaneously realizes on-line solution treatment of the thin product. |
