Summary: | The present invention discloses a detection method for predicting the postoperation recurrence-free survival of colorectal cancers via a gene counting method, including the steps of: collecting cancerous tissue specimens excised in an operation of a colorectal cancer patient, extracting RNA samples, purifying the RNA samples, detecting the expressions of four specific probes, and calculating the number of a high expression probe to evaluate the patient's prognosis. The invention also discloses a probe set composed by the four probes, and a diagnostic kit containing the probe set. The detection method of the invention helps to improve the survival rate of the colorectal cancer patients. The risk degree of postoperative recurrence and metastasis occurrence of the patients can be quickly determined through the detection and the joint analysis of the four specific probes after that the colorectal cancer patients receive radical operations, so the detection method enables adjuvant treatments for the patients with |
