Summary:The present invention discloses a detection method for predicting the postoperation recurrence-free survival of colorectal cancers via a gene counting method, including the steps of: collecting cancerous tissue specimens excised in an operation of a colorectal cancer patient, extracting RNA samples, purifying the RNA samples, detecting the expressions of four specific probes, and calculating the number of a high expression probe to evaluate the patient's prognosis.
