Summary: | The invention discloses a plant root system in-situ dynamic observation device, system and method under soil culture conditions. The device provided by the invention is a growth chamber for plant root system growth and comprises a main chamber and a plurality of sub chambers, wherein the main chamber and the sub chambers are arranged on the same bottom plate, each sub chamber is a frame body space formed by two relative vertical transparent observation surfaces and one outer side surface, and spaces which are communicated with each sub chamber and are formed after all of the sub chambers are engaged in a radial shape form the main chamber.
