Summary:The invention provides a titanium dioxide photoelectrode and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the solar photovoltaic conversion field. The titanium dioxide photoelectrode comprises an electroconductive substrate and a titanium dioxide nanorod (or nanowire) array arranged on the electroconductive substrate; and the titanium dioxide nanorod array is filled with titanium dioxide nanoparticles.
