The invention relates to a method for coating silica on the surfaces of Au nanorods stably without surface medicating glue, a method for fabricating nanohybrids using the same, and the nanohybrids prepared thereby. The method for coating silica on the surfaces of the Au nanorods comprises a step of preparing the Au nanorods and a step of mixing and stirring a mixture formed by mixing of macromolecular substances containing amine function and macromolecular substances containing mercapto function and the Au nanorods, and coating silica layers on the surfaces of the Au nanorods.
