The invention discloses a mechanical-hydraulic double-power output engine which comprises an opposed piston two-stroke engine and a plunger-type hydraulic pump, wherein the opposed piston two-stroke engine comprises a crank connecting rod mechanism, a gas inlet and exhaust system, an oil supply system, a lubricating system and a cooling system; a fixed part of the crank connecting rod mechanism comprises a machine body and a cylinder sleeve; a moving part of the crank connecting rod mechanism comprises a gas inlet piston, an exhaust piston, an upper connecting rod, rocker arms, a lower connecting rod and a crankshaft; the gas inlet piston and the exhaust piston are arranged in a cylinder sleeve, can reciprocate and are arranged in a mode that the top surfaces of the gas inlet piston and the exhaust piston are opposite; the upper connecting rod, the rocker arms and the lower connecting rod are respectively positioned on the same side of the gas inlet piston and the exhaust piston; the crankshaft is arranged at
