The invention provides a rotten organic material fermented from sucrose filter mud and a preparation method thereof. The rotten organic material fermented from sucrose filter mud comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1 part of filter mud, 0.1-0.15 part of bagasse pith, 0.025-0.04 part of peanut press pulp, 0.05-0.08 part of total bran, 0.025-0.04 part of bran coat and 0.003-0.004 part of bacterium powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: evenly mixing bacterium powder and total bran, sequentially adding bran coat and peanut press pulp, evenly mixing, finally, adding bagasse pith, and evenly mixing to obtain a master batch; and sufficiently stirring and evenly mixing filter mud and the master batch, piling the mixture into a rectangular trapezoidal stack, heating and keeping the temperature for several days, overturning the pipe, and standing for several days to normal temperature, thereby obtaining the rotten organic material.
