The embodiment of the invention discloses a solving scheme for image-text flash relevance broadcast, aiming at establishing a common decoding object for flash material of the same source. From an enter-point of a first flash in a timer shaft, a system begins from a first frame of a present flash of a decoded object, reads each frame of the present flash sequentially, begins broadcasting the present flash till the out-point of the last flash material. The number of the materials in the middle is unrelated; the problem that flash materials of the same source cannot be broadcast smoothly in a traditional image-text system is solved; and meanwhile the flash materials can be added unlimitedly in accordance with the demands upon a broadcasting effect; and various stunts can be added, so that the problem that various stunt effects need to be added at will under the condition that the continuity of the broadcast content of an image-text document is not influenced is solved.
