The invention discloses a liquid crystal display device and a fixing piece for locking a printed circuit board (PCB). The liquid crystal display device comprises a back plate, the PCB which is fixed on the back plate and the fixing piece which is used for fixing the PCB, wherein the fixing piece comprises a main body and limiting parts; the limiting parts are arranged at two ends of the main body and made of insulating materials. The invention has the advantages that the limiting parts at the two ends of the fixing piece which is used for fixing the PCB are made of the insulating materials, so lines can be arranged in an area on the PCB, which is covered by the limiting parts, and the lines are required to bypass a fixed hole; and meanwhile, copper is not required to be arranged near the fixed hole for the limiting parts which are made of the insulating materials, the area of the PCB is reduced, reduction of the width of the PCB is facilitated, the production cost of the liquid crystal display device is saved
