The invention relates to a double-layer pressure-balance expansion joint with a monitoring device for an ethylene unit, which comprises a corrugated pipe with an inner layer and an outer layer, an alarm monitoring device, connecting flanges and a flow guide cylinder, wherein the outer wall of the middle part of the flow guide cylinder is provided with the corrugated pipe with the inner and outer layers, one end of the corrugated pipe with the inner and outer layers is provided with the alarm monitoring device; the connecting flanges are arranged outside both ends of the flow guide cylinder; the flow guide cylinder is a detachable continuous structure; and the alarm monitoring device is connected with a nitrogen gas joint and an interlayer pressure detection meter.
