Summary: | The invention relates to a production process for extracting the manganese element by utilizing electrolytic manganese waste residues and a production process for extracting the manganese element by utilizing low-quality manganese ore, in particular to a method for extracting manganese from the electrolytic manganese waste residues or the low-quality manganese ore by utilizing a mechanochemical method and an auxiliary agent thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: adding the auxiliary agent with the weight percentage being 2.0-11.0% in the claim 1 or 2 in the electrolytic manganese waste residues or the low-quality manganese ore, fully and uniformly mixing, crushing till the diameter D 50 is 2-6mum, then carrying out heat extraction by using sulfuric acid with the weight 5-10 times that of the auxiliary agent for 2-4 times, and filtering to separate leaching liquor for producing the electrolytic manganese.
