The invention relates to a high-density aquiculture system, which comprises a main aquiculture pond, a sewage collection and discharge device, a water purifier, a microbial purification waterbed and a circulating water pump, wherein an excrement collection port is arranged at the bottom of the main aquiculture pond and is connected with a circulating water pipe; the sewage collection and discharge device is connected with the excrement collection port through the circulating water pipe and an excrement discharge outlet is arranged at the bottom of the sewage collection and discharge device; the water purifier is provided with an organic matter water solution outlet and is connected with the sewage collection and discharge device; ammonia nitrogen digestion aquatic plants are planted in the microbial purification waterbed, the microbial purification waterbed is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is connected with the water purifier and the water outlet is connected with the main aq
