A multi-pipe sidewall guiding pipe wall detection tool comprises a guiding movable joint, a guiding head fixed at a free end of the guiding movable joint, a guiding device provided with a guiding hole, a guiding chucking joint in chucking connection with one end of the guiding device, and a rubber righting ring by which a free end of the guiding chucking joint is sleeved; the guiding movable joint is accommodated in the guiding hole, and pushes the guiding head to pass through the guiding hole. The multi-pipe sidewall guiding pipe wall detection tool accurately positions the guiding device by using the guiding chucking joint and the rubber righting ring; the guiding movable joint pushes the guiding head to pass through the guiding hole, and thus the guiding head accurately enters a side hole of a pipe; and therefore a sidewall of the pipe side hole is detected conveniently.
