Summary:The invention relates to a boiler which comprises a boiler body, a hearth body, a water inlet, a water outlet, a smoke outlet, a coal feed inlet and a slag discharge outlet, wherein the boiler body has a horizontal structure, a water chamber is formed between the hearth body and the boiler body, the water inlet and the water outlet are communicated with the water chamber, the smoke outlet is arranged at one end of the boiler body and communicated with the hearth body, the boiler is characterized in that the smoke outlet is connected a smoke outlet pipe extending out of the boiler body and arranged around the boiler body, the water inlet is formed in the boiler body close to the smoke outlet end, and the water inlet is connected a preheating device which is sheathed on the smoke outlet pipe. The boiler can shorten the heating time of water in the water chamber, cool the smoke, save energy resource and improve the heating efficiency, and the service life of the boiler can be prolonged.
