Summary: | The invention relates to a device for directly converting rotational motion into linear motion for transmission on a smooth shaft. The device is applicable to various drive devices driving an object to move linearly, such as switch drive devices for curtains, sliding doors and the like. The device mainly comprises a moving seat (1), a rotary smooth shaft (2) and four drive bearings (3) mutually arranged at intervals. A rubber ring (5) is sleeved to an outer ring of each drive bearing (3), and the rubber rings (5) are mounted in bearing mounting grooves (4) respectively. An inner shaft mounting face (6) of each drive bearing is a circular face. The minimum diameter of the inner ring of each drive bearing (3) is larger than the outer diameter of the rotary smooth shaft (2). The device uses rigid contact transmission without friction wheels or relative sliding parts, and accordingly no sliding frictional loss or mechanical wear occurs theoretically, and transmission efficiency is high. |
