The invention relates to an electric car charging pile locking mechanism. The electric car charging pile locking mechanism locks a protective door on a shell of an charging pile by buckling a lock catch and a lock table which are mounted on the protective door and the shell of the charging pile respectively, and a force applying rod is connected on the lock catch, so that during use, a force applying part of the electric car charging pile locking mechanism can be arranged in a position easily operated by an operator through the force applying rod; therefore, the protective door mounted on the charging pile can be opened easily, and thus the problem that the protective door of the conventional charging pile is inconvenient to open is solved.
