The shell is internally provided with a water path channel, a valve body assembly for controlling the water path channel to be opened and closed, and a pressurizing pump for driving water to flow in the water path channel; a filtering system, a pure water storage device and a water outlet faucet are sequentially arranged along a water flow direction of the water path channel; a water inlet end of the water path channel is provided with a double-water-source water inlet; the shell is provided with a humidifier and a negative ion generator for spraying negative ions to the water outlet faucet and a water inlet end of the humidifier is communicated with the water path channel; and a refrigerating cabinet which utilizes a semiconductor refrigerating sheet to refrigerate is further arranged at the lower part of the shell. The invention aims to provide the multifunctional cosmetic instrument.
