The invention discloses an anaerobic culture box and a using method thereof and belongs to a medical experimental device used for culturing animal cells in an anaerobic environment; and according to the anaerobic culture box, the oxygen in the cultivation environment is rapidly removed, and the pressures inside and outside the box can be maintained to be balanced.
