Summary:The invention relates to an energy-saving device for a gas cooker, which comprises an energy-saving plate placed above a cooker panel, wherein the energy-saving plate takes the shape of a basin; a hole is formed in the middle at the bottom of the plate; the edge of the hole is near the fire port of a combustor, so as to form a secondary air inlet ring; and a supporting device is arranged below the energy-saving plate to support the energy-saving plate, so as to form a secondary air passage. The energy-saving device has the advantages that the structure is simple; gas combustion is more sufficient; heat efficiency is further improved; and exhaust gas emission is further reduced. Therefore, the energy-saving device is suitable for various household gas cookers, particularly for embedded-type household gas cookers.
