Summary:The invention provides a clock operation method for mobile terminals and the mobile terminals; the clock operation method comprises the following steps that: A. groups are created in the mobile terminals, and one or more members are added into or deleted from the groups; B. one member selects some members in the groups or the groups and sends a reminding notice; and C. the mobile terminals of the selected members receive the reminding notice and clocks are started. According to the invention, because a group communication relationship is set up between the clocks of the mobile terminals, the purpose of sharing clock resources among the group members is achieved, so that the clock functions of the mobile terminals are improved, and the mobile terminals develop to intelligent and humanized directions.
