Summary:The invention discloses a welding method for improving fatigue life of a socket welding weld toe of a branch pipe. By adopting a low transformation temperature welding wire weld toe melting and repairing technology, the residual stress at the weld toe of the branch pipe is made to be a compressive stress, and the tensile residual stress formed at the socket welding weld toe of the branch pipe in the conventional welding process can be changed into the compressive stress, so as to reduce the cracking probability of the socket welding weld toe of the branch pipe and improve the fatigue performance of the weld toe.
