The present invention relates to a portable electronic device comprising a device body, a first pivoting unit, a support frame and a first photovoltaic conversion element. The first pivoting unit is arranged at the device body. The support frame is pivoted to the device body through the first pivoting unit, and is used for supporting the device body. The first pivoting unit enables the support frame to rotate relative to the device body along the first pivoting unit. The first photovoltaic conversion element is arranged at the support frame and is electrically connected to the device body. The first photovoltaic conversion element comprises a first photovoltaic conversion part and a second photovoltaic conversion part. The first photovoltaic conversion part and the second photovoltaic conversion part are respectively arranged at different surfaces of the support frame. The present invention enables a user to charge through the photovoltaic conversion element under different usage situations.
