Summary:The invention belongs to the field of coal-series solid waste recycling utilization and particularly relates to a method for extracting fulvic acid from danty or peat. The method is a sulfuric acid-ethanol method and comprises the steps of carrying out air drying, sieving, water washing on coal samples, wherein during the water washing step, distilled water is added in the samples to carry out oscillating reaction, then centrifugal separation is carried out, liquid supernatant is poured, and the water washing step is carried out twice; adding 10-15% ethanol water according to a 4-8mL/g liquid-solid ratio and concentrated sulfuric acid according to the acid-to-coal ratio being 0.075-0.1mL/g, carrying out oscillating reaction for 1-1.5 hours at temperature of 45-50 DEG C; and carrying out leaching, and evaporating and drying percolate so as to obtain the finished fulvic acid product.
