Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of high-activity chiral catalyst (spiroborate) which is mainly used for asymmetrically catalyzing and reducing prochiral ketone and oxime ether. According to the chiral spiroborate preparation process disclosed by the invention, carboxylic ester is taken as a solvent, a mixed solution of sinistrogyration Alpha- alkamine, low-carbon alkyl vicinal diol or diphenol and borate is subjected to backflow stirring and complexing so as to obtain spiroborate, wherein the reaction can be carried out without the protection of inert gas, and a toxic solvent (toluene) is replace with a green solvent (low-carbon esters), so that the safety of products can be improved.
