Summary: | The invention relates to a method for in-vitro induction of new sterile roots from roots of a forest stand of a rubber plant. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting the small and tender roots in the diameter of 1.2-1.5mm of the forest stand of the rubber plant, cutting into root segments in the length of 8-10mm as explant materials, inoculating into a sterile root induction culture medium for dark culture for 25-40 days, and directly inducing the new roots, wherein the culture temperature is 24 DEG C-30 DEG C. The sterile root induction culture medium comprises 400-450mg/L of CaCl2, 500-520mg/L of KH2PO4, 40-50mg/L of MnSO4.4H2O and 600-620mg/L of MgSO4.7H2O; and 0.5-2.5mg/L of 6-BA (6-benzyl aminopurine), 0.8-1.0mg/L of KT (kinetin), 1.0-3.0mg/L of NAA (1-naphthaleneacetic acid), 5.0-5.5mg/L of 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), 2-3g/L of Phytagel, 50-90g/L of sucrose and 40-90ml/L of coconut water are further added. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the roots of the fo |
