Summary:The invention relates to an optical unit, an assembly method thereof and a tool used for bonding an optical element. The optical unit comprises a prism, a window sheet and the tool. The tool is arranged between the prism and the window sheet. The tool comprises a first opening and a plurality of second openings. The second openings are arranged at each edge position of the first opening. The prism passes through the first opening and is arranged on the window sheet. According to the optical unit, the assembly thereof and the tool, the first opening in the above tool is utilized to position a bonding position of the prism and the window sheet, thus bonded optical elements such as the prism, the window sheet and the like are prevented from displacement and sliding movement, the reliability of the optical unit is raised, and manufacture cost is reduced.
