The invention discloses a plate for removing a residual stress of a ferromagnetic part. The plate comprises a coil skeleton plate (1), a coil L (2) and a panel (4), wherein a plurality of uniformly distributed coil slots (3) are formed on the upper surface of the coil skeleton plate (1); the coil L (2) is located in the coil slots (3); and the panel (4) is arranged at opening ends of the coil slots (3). A circuit part comprises a singlechip (6), a driving module (7), a switch module (8), an LC parallel circuit (9) and a power module (10), wherein the LC parallel circuit (9) is composed of the coil L and a capacitor C in parallel connection; the singlechip (6) is connected with an input end of the driving module (7); an output end of the driving module (7) is connected with the switch module (8); an output end of the switch module (8) is connected with the LC parallel circuit (9); and an output end of the power module (10) is connected with the switch module (8). The plate provided by the invention has the cha
