Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of welding, particularly discloses an auxiliary fused flux of a high alloy pipe screw for coal milling roll build up welding. The fused flux is a middle and high manganese type basic flux, and comprises the following components: MgO, CaO, CaF2, Al2O3, MnO, SiO2 and Cr2O3. The method comprises the steps of after the components are weighed uniformly mixed, gradually adding the components into a single-phase electrode arc furnace to be smelted, refiningthe charging stock after the charging stock is completely melted, taking out the flux melt, pouring crystal into a cooling basin to be cooled by turning down the furnace after crystal is changed into black, and drying the crystal to obtain the required flux. The fused flux has good slag release performance and roll surface formability, cracks on the roll surface of a coal milling roll are thin and few, and the service life of the coal milling roll is long. |
