The invention provides a production process for improving varnishability of an aluminum profile, which includes the steps: firstly, performing solid-solution and water quenching treatment for the aluminum profile, and preheating the aluminum profile within 3-5 days at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C for 1-10 hours; secondly, performing waxing, polishing, wiping and electrostatic precipitation; thirdly, undercoating the aluminum profile and baking the aluminum profile for the first time at the temperature of 40-45 DEG C for 20-25 minutes; fourthly, sticking an adhesive tape after baking, performing waxing, polishing, wiping and electrostatic precipitation again, coating the aluminum profile for the second time, and baking the aluminum profile for the second time at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C for 30-35 minutes; fifthly, tearing the adhesive tape, removing dust, and printing, baking and receiving the aluminum profile; and sixthly, packaging the aluminum profile.
