Summary:A special type oscillating bearing comprises a bearing outer ring, a bearing inner ring and a sealing ring. In order to overcome insufficiencies in the prior art, a copper base antifriction reducing layer is bonded on and in interference fit with the internal surface of the outer ring, an antifriction reducing layer of a pre-lubrication film is sprayed on an outer surface sphere of the inner ring, and the pre-lubrication film is used for reducing static friction coefficient of the inner ring.
