The SCR after-treatment device is arranged on an exhaust pipe of the engine, the electric louver is sleeved on the outer side of a casing of the SCR after-treatment device and is provided with a plurality of louver blades which are lapped end to end and capable of being opened or closed rotationally, and the temperature sensors are arranged on the front side and the back side of the SCR after-treatment device.
