Summary:The present invention provides a production process for increasing aluminum profile strength. According to the process, an ingot is extruded after uniform annealing to obtain an aluminum profile, wherein the extruding temperature is 300-390 DEG C; the extruded aluminum profile is subjected to a solid solution treatment under a condition of 350-400 DEG C/1 h, and is naturally placed for 80-90 hours; treatments of pre-degreasing, degreasing and water washing are performed; an electrophoresis treatment is performed under the following conditions: the temperature range of a solution tank is 20-25 DEG C, the solid content in the solution tank is 15-17%, the PH value is 6.0-6.3, the voltage range is 100-160 V, and the electrophoresis time is 3-4 minutes, and clear water with the room temperature is adopted to carry out water washing; and treatments of drying, material collecting and packaging are performed.
