Summary:The invention discloses the process for the preparation of 11,12-cyclic erythromycin A carbonate lactobionate and the use thereof. The method comprises the following steps: applying the lactose acid solution to the water suspending liquid of 11,12-cyclic erythromycin A carbonate lactobionate at a temperature ranging from 2 to 15 DEG C for sustained optimization of 8 to 14 hours; and filtering the product for spraying drying and freeze drying. According to the application of the 11,12-cyclic erythromycin A carbonate lactobionate of the invention, after being dissolved in the injection-use solvent having proper size, the single dose 50 to 1000 mg (preferably 100mg to 600g) are used for preparing the injection preparation of the antibiosis treatment medicine.
