The invention discloses a clamp block composite set specially used for a centre-hole-free shaft section knurling process. The clamp block composite set comprises a lathe main shaft end clamp block, a lathe tail bed end clamp block and multiple locking screws, and the cross section of the lathe main shaft end clamp block is of a shape like a Chinese character tu; one end of the lathe main shaft end clamp block is arranged in a lathe main shaft chuck, the other end of the lathe main shaft end clamp block is provided with a first placing groove, and the lathe main shaft end clamp block is symmetrically provided with four internal thread through holes the hole bottoms of which are ended in the first placing groove; one end of the lathe tail bed end clamp block is provided with a second placing groove, the other end of the lathe tail bed end clamp block is provided with a bearing chamber, the bearing chamber is internally provided with a bearing, and one end of a pinnacle cone of a lathe tail bed end is connected
