The invention relates to a method for extracting cassyfiline from cassytha. The method is easy and convenient to operate, and is low in pollution and energy consumption. The method consists of the following steps of: crushing cassytha herb, and adding into a CO2 supercritical extractor to obtain an extract; adding into a DI0I type macroporous adsorption resin column, eluting by using ethanol, collecting eluent, recovering under reduced pressure, concentrating and drying; adding into a silica gel chromatographic column, eluting by using a methanol-chloroform mixed solvent, concentrating, adding absolute ethanol crystals, separating out crystals, washing and drying to obtain the cassyfiline. The cassyfiline is prepared by the method, a product is high in purity, and industrial amplification is easy to realize.
