Summary:The invention relates to selective complexing agent loaded graphitized carbon black and an application of its solid-phase extraction column in extraction of enriched palladium. Granularity of the graphitized carbon black provided by the invention is 20-120 microns, and the complexing agent loaded on the graphitized carbon black is 4-hydroxynaphthalene-1-methylenerhodanine. The application is operated as follows: a palladium-containing solution passes through a selective complexing agent 4-hydroxynaphthalene-1-methylenerhodanine loaded graphitized carbon black solid-phase extraction column; palladium can react with the complexing agent loaded on the solid-phase extraction column to generate a stable complex which is adsorbed on the solid-phase extraction column; and when palladium on the solid-phase extraction column is enriched and saturated, 0.5-2% of thiourea is used as an eluant to elute the enriched palladium on the extraction column.
