Summary: | The invention discloses loquat leaf momordica grosvenori beverage. The loquat leaf momordica grosvenori beverage is prepared by the following steps of: mixing loquat leaves and momordica grosvenori in a weight ratio of (1-3):(1-2) to obtain a mixture serving as a raw material; adding pure water; boiling; filtering; concentrating the filtrate to obtain liquid extract with the raw material content of about 1 g/ml and relative density of 1.30 to 1.10 (80+/-2 DEG C); adding pure water and diluting until the total weight of the diluent is 30 to 50 times the weight of the raw material; adding an edible menthol ethanol solution which is 0.05 to 0.2 percent based on the total volume of the diluent; and mixing uniformly. The beverage product combines the functions of the loquat leaves and the momordica grosvenori, does not contain any additive, has good mouthfeel and is suitable for diabetics. |
