The invention provides an organic super capacitor with low internal resistance, which comprises an electric core and an aluminum-plastic film, and is characterized in that the super capacitor has a double-faced output structure, the front and the back of the super capacitor are provided with an anode output face and a cathode output face respectively, the anode output face contacts with a non-coating face of an anode piece on the outermost side of the electric core, the cathode output face contacts with a non-coating face of a cathode piece on the outermost side of the electric core, and the aluminum-plastic film is provided with windows exposed out of the anode output face and the cathode output face and is in press fit with the periphery of the anode output face and the cathode output face.
