The vehicle is provided with a second-class cargo loading chassis, wherein a noise reduction soundproof carriage is arranged on the chassis; a high-power generating set is fixed in the carriage; air inlets are formed on two sides of a carriage body; soundproof air inlet shutters are arranged at the air inlets; air inlet noise reduction clapboards are arranged on the inner sides of the air inlets; air outlets are formed on side walls of the carriage body corresponding to the space between the front part of the generating set and the front wall of the carriage body; soundproof air outlet shutters are arranged at the air outlets; air outlet diversion noise reduction devices are arranged between the air outlets and the generating set; a corrugated smoke exhaust pipe of the generating set is connected with a smoke exhaust soundproof device; a smoke exhaust opening of the smoke exhaust soundproof device is extended out of the top of the carriage; an
