The invention provides a method for manufacturing a metal/resin/metal sound insulation material and belongs to the field of sound insulation materials. The method comprises the following steps of placing a plurality of thin-wall thin metal tubes into the space formed by inner metal plates and outer metal plates or tubes; filling resin into the space formed by the thin-wall thin metal tubes, inner metal and outer metal so as to form a metal/resin/thin-wall thin metal tube combined body; and drying the combined body to obtain the metal/resin/metal sound insulation material. By adoption of the method, the sound insulation material capable of bearing certain pressure and with vibrating-reducing and noise-reducing effects can be manufactured. The method has wide application prospect in the field of manufacturing of modern machinery.
