The invention relates to a steam supply device, which comprises a first temperature sensor and a water inlet valve, wherein the first temperature sensor is used for inducing a vaporization temperature, the water inlet valve is provided with a plurality of flow gears which are under an opening state, and the first temperature sensor is connected to a controlled end of the water inlet valve; under a heating power gear, a corresponding relation between signals output from the first temperature sensor and gears of the water inlet valve is as follows: a high-temperature signal output by the first temperature sensor is connected with a high-flow gear of the water inlet valve, and a low-temperature signal output by the first temperature sensor is connected to a low-flow gear of the water inlet valve.
