The invention provides a method and a wireless beacon for transmitting information in a road communication system. The invention relates to a method for transmitting message (3) between a wireless beacon and a plurality of onboard units (2) with an only identification mark (ID) in a road toll system, wherein the image (3) with matched identification mark of an onboard unit (2) is stored in a buffer memory (8) in the the radio beacon (1) to be used for sequential processing or distributing, the method comprises steps of determining at least one characteristic (CF) of the onboard units (2) with regards to each onboard unit (2) entering a transmitting-receiving zone of the radio beacon (1); performing sequence arrangement of the message (3) under the identification mark (ID) in the buffer memory (8) according to the characteristic determined by the identification mark (ID), and sequentially processing and distributing the message from the buffer memory (8) based on sequence of the message through sequence arrang
