The invention belongs to electrical heating glass, more particularly relating to a glass conductive heating film and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, a mask is processed according to glass shapes with different regular shapes and heating requirements; a polyurethane hot melt adhesive with conductive macromolecular particles is sprayed on a flexible PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral) film through the mask; a heating wire is replaced by the transparent conductive macromolecular particles to assure the transparency of a piece of produced demisted and defrosted glass, so that the preparation method has the effect of saving materials relative to coating a conductive layer on the whole film; and under the precondition of assuring the heating uniformity, visual observation effects of people also can be improved, so that the safety of driving is enhanced.
