The invention discloses a bore-bottom slag removing method for a cast-in-place pipe bore in an underground river. The bore-bottom slag removing method comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out bore-bottom slurry making, and then taking out slag by using a slag taking-out barrel; if the thickness of sediment slag exceeds a standard, repeating the steps of bore-bottom slurry making and slag taking-out until the slag removal is completed; and if the thickness of the sediment slag exceeds the standard, blowing to remove the slag by using a slag-removing blowing system, and if the thickness of the sediment slag exceeds the standard, repeating the steps of bore-bottom slurry making and slag-removing blowing until the slag removal is completed. The slag taking-out barrel in the invention comprises a barrel bottom, a barrel body and a barrel lifting handle, wherein the barrel bottom is provided with a dual-piece unidirectional overturn type bottom plate capable of being pulled upwards from a horizontal
