The invention relates to a permanent antistatic polyphenylene sulfite (PPS)/poly-p-phenylene oxide (PPO) alloy and a production method thereof, wherein the material comprises the following component in percentage by weight: 3-8% of antistatic masterbatch, 40-45% of PPS, 40-50% of PPO and 1-5% of compatilizer, raw materials are placed into a high speed mixer according to the weight percentage to mix for 2-5 min, are discharged, and are extruded and granulated through a double-screw extruder, the processing temperature is between 285-325 DEG C, and the rotational frequencies of screws are 35-40Hz.
