The invention discloses a permanent antistatic PA66/POE (Polyamide 66/Polyolefin Elastomer) alloy and a preparation method thereof. The alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3-8 percent of antistatic master batch, 40-75 percent of PA66, 15-25 percent of POE and 1-5 percent of compatilizer. The antistatic master batch comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-15 percent of alkali metal salt, 0.1-2 percent of antioxidant, 0.1-2 percent of heat stabilizer, 0-10 percent of assisting antistatic agent and 71-95 percent of polyether block-containing high polymer material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing raw materials according to the proportions, and mixing; discharging; and extruding and pelletizing.
